Introduction	My name is Ayesha Zinzele Wilson aka "Zinzy," for short. Over the past 20 years, I ran my own Persona Management company specializing in "Artists of Color." However, my real passion has always been FOOD. I've been experimenting with spices and techniques, since the age of 10. Once I started college, I became a strict vegetarian after dealing with 10 years of Lupus (diagnosed at the age of 7) and further learned the stretch and creativity of food. My health presented a challenge for me to stretch the boundaries of what could be done with food while saving my life. This blog is about my journey with food.
