| Introduction | After more than twenty years in the higher education/non-profit arena, I've found myself at a reinvention crossroads. Started this blog as a way to capture all the stuff I learned along the way. I've got two amazing daughters and the world's best husband and we share a little house with two cats who somehow wound up our overlords. I love to sing with my local choral society, I love to cook for people I love, I love being a work in progress (although it can be maddening)and I love people who make me laugh (c'mon, I dare you).
