Introduction	I am a Pilates instructor and studio owner certified in the Traditional Authentic Pilates method. In 2009 I was accepted in Lolita San Miguels Master Mentor certification program. My love for Pilates began after years of being a hard core gym personal trainer and aerobics instructor. I missed the way my body felt when I studied classical ballet so I went back to my roots and fell in love with Pilates.
