Introduction	My name is Rena. I have been into animals especially dogs for as long as I can remember. My dad brought me up on German Shepherds. That was his breed. I carried on the tradition for a while until I discovered Rottweilers and Whippets. I love German Shepherds, but they are too high drive for me. Oddly enough I saw a German Shepherd puppy that has turned my head. That has not happened in 10 yrs.Maybe it's time again to get one? I always liked the Rottie's. I went to a dog show met some and got one. Then while doing agility with my Rottie I kept running into a lady that had Whippets. I was so fascinated with their physique and speed I got one. Now I have three. I just adore them. It is much easier to have three Whippets then to have three Rottie's. So here I am living in the desert with the dogs and cats. Thoght it would be fun to write a blog about all of us.
