| Introduction | This is a journal about my bike ride across the USA. Amy and I have done many tours, enjoying the camaraderie of other cyclists and touring slow enough to read every historical marker. We've had a big time touring the last 20 years. While this trip is solo, I'll be sharing the sights and experiences with friends through this journal. This journey is one of self-fulfillment...but, as we discussed the possibilities present, we decided to make it a journey with a mission, a mission supporting Oasis Center. They provide services to a vulnerable segment of our society...youth at risk, through programs supporting children and teens in crises. I look forward to sharing the sights and observations of my ride across the USA. I believe there's more good in this world than we're being led to believe. As I coddiwomple along, I'll do my best to share anecdotes and encounters that offer witness to my long-held observation. Please offer comments...I want to hear from you.
