| Introduction | David Bird is a designer/artist living in the mountains of Northern Utah about ten minutes from the Sundance Ski Resort. After graduating from Brigham Young University degrees in design and anthropology David worked in various design firms around the country and is presently working freelance work in Utah. Years ago David saw some literature on stained glass and knew that he had to explore the art form. He found books, bought supplies, and started creating. It was the perfect medium for him to be able to combine graphic design and all the colors in the world. Designing with light! He has been working in the “Tiffany” style of stained glass for the last few years and has been working with Disney since 2003. David currently resides in Orem, Utah with his lovely wife, Leslie, and four great kids: Troy, Ashley, Brittany, and Rachel who support him through all of his late nights in the studio. |
