| Introduction | I'm a filipina (100% ilocano) who was born and raised on a small island named Sitka, Alaska. My hubby's also filipino but shares both tagalog and ilocano backgrounds. We met each other when the Coast Guard transfered his family to Sitka and we became high school sweethearts. PeeJay's a year older than me, but we share the same birthday (May 26th). I love Hello Kitty, retail therapy aka shopping, traveling, cooking, eating, trying new recipes and restaurants, taking pictures, and dancing. PeeJay loves cars, taking stuff apart and seeing how stuff works. I like making lists and planning things out while PeeJay's more spontaneous. I don't know much about cars and PeeJay hates all my Hello Kitty stuff, but our differences makes things more interesting. We have three toddlers: Jazlynn, Philip Jr., and Alyssa. Having 3 kids in the same age group is challenging at times, but we're loving our family of 5 and we can't wait to see what else the future has in store for us. |

| Favorite books | Whenever I get a chance I like reading stuff by Nicolas Sparks. My sister has gotten me into the Joanne Fluke Hannah Swensen Mystery Series. PeeJay got me into reading David Pelzer. |
