| Introduction | My name is April Prince McCartney. I began my career in journalism 12 years ago. While working for various magazines in Shreveport, La., I developed a keen interest in cuisine after writing several restaurant reviews and have been exploring eateries ever since - whether for work purposes or personal interest. Though I love fine dining, I also find great passion in discovering a hole in the wall, so don't let the Food Snob name fool you. It's merely meant to represent my love of quality food. And since my husband, Cameron McCartney, and I moved to Houston in December 2011, I thought it finally time to start blogging about my food experiences - especially in a city full of countless restaurants. However, don't fret if Houston isn't of interest to you; I'll also write about previous meals at some of my favorites from the past in addition to wherever the road takes us next during our travels. |
