Introduction	I am a 38 year old father of 2, living in Tampa, Florida. I am together with a fabulous woman now, and aside from the distance issue...I am a much happier man now. Taking one day at a time now since being diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), a.k.a. Walter Paytons disease. August of 2007 I learned I had this rare disease, and my life has been quite different since. Focusing on the here and now, and living for the future is a must these days. Being an ex-professional football player, it isn't easy to slow down as fast as I have had to this past year. I used to be able to run all day with no complaints, now sometimes I feel so tired and fatigued from doing nothing, it is almost unbelievable the difference in quality of life now. Things are better than they were a year ago, but life in general has been a complete adjustment for me.
