| Introduction | I was born in Los Gatos, California. I grew up in Modesto and attended Thomas Downey High School and Modesto Junior College. In 1987, I married the love of my life, Julie, and we are still happily married after almost twenty years. In 1988, we packed everything in a VW Bus and moved to Springfield, Missouri. I attended Central Bible College and Evangel College (now Evangel University). My health took a downturn and I was unable to finish college. Since High School I have been a salesman, retail store manager, janitor, cook, production manager, data entry clerk, caterer, carpenter, computer and network technician, youth pastor, associate pastor, Webmaster, computer/network/internet guru, business owner, and a stay@home dad. I haven't hit my career track or made my first million. I probably haven't achieved most of what the young me dreamed. But, and this is a big BUT, I wouldn't trade my life for anything. I love my life, I love my wife, I love my kids, and I couldn't imagine anything that would have altered the path that led me to where I am today making me any happier. |
