| Introduction | An insurance professional for more than 30 years, the past 12 years as a Claim Technical Training Instuctor. A Claims Technical trainer is responsible for the design, development, maintenance and delivery of specific elements of Claim Department sponsored training. The instructor's activities will center on developing quality training materials which may be related to classroom events, on-line interactions, claim technical topic research or Claim Department project development. In many instances the instructor serves our customers as a consultant. I have my Associates in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America. I have a certificate from InSync Training as a Synchronous Designer and am currently attending Drexel University for a degree in Communications and Applied Technology. I am a system training specialist and have experience training adults in a classroom setting, in on line synchronous and asynchronous classes, and am just beginning to distance train via video conference. |
