Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Actually, I do, in fact, wear a scarf. I have more than one, but my favorite scarf is actually more of a wrap. It is gorgeous, and it adds a bit of flavor to any otherwise plain outfit.
