| Introduction | As a Clinical Nutritionist, Medical Intuitive and practitioner of Energy Medicine, I have long been interested in the spiritual relationship we have with food, diet and nutrition. For more than 20 years I have worked around food in some capacity and have studied nutrition, exercise, food science and technology in depth. I love food, love to eat and cooking is a passion - however, I equally love to feel good about myself and that has come to mean not eating processed food. Instead, I make everything we eat from scratch - and have felt myself pulled back together body, mind and spirit because of these decisions. |
