| Introduction | I am in my last year (I hope!) of my doctoral work in Counseling Psychology. It has been a long 5 years of study and work! I have two milestones to reach in this year. The first is completing my study on wellness in a community college population. The second is the one that prompted this blog -- an internship in Everett Washington. In addition to learning a lot about counseling from a psychologist's perspective, I expect to learn even more about myself while I take this journey away from my dear family and friends.
