| Introduction | To all those bloggers out there, the original blog was the adoption story and journey of getting Alex from the Ukraine to the United States. Now the focus will be on the journey of Alex to the hearing and speaking world. Alex has bilateral profound hearing loss. We currently have 2 new hearing aids and will be seeking cochlear implants. I have joined the CI circle on yahoo and received a wealth of information and emails from many many families with children and CI's.
