| Introduction | I received handmade cards from my sister Pauline and was intrigued, wondering how in the world she got to make something so beautiful. I visited her home and she showed some techniques but I didn't think I was creative enough to duplicate them. When I retired I needed something positive to focus on, so Pauline continued to make beautiful cards and encouraged me, so I investigated Stampin' Up! I contacted a demonstrator close to my home and she invited me to a card class. I couldn't believe how easy it was! I was hooked so one year later I signed up as a demonstrator. Now, not only do I get to be creative, I also show others how to make beautiful cards and other paper projects. I get to have fun and earn money at the same time... and I choose my schedule to fit my other activities. |
