| Introduction | My interest in wine started in 2008, after one of my professors gave my wife (then girlfriend) and me tickets to a local wine tasting event for a graduation present. Completely green and pretty ignorant of the world of wine, I tasted wines from each of the twenty or so tables and was impressed by the broad range of flavors and sensations coming from each whiff and taste. So here I am continuing that journey, one glass at a time. |
