| Introduction | Hi, I’m Saki Brown, a certified force-free dog trainer with over five years of experience. I’m originally from Japan but now call Australia home. I have a deep love for dogs and writing (though my English is still a work in progress—thanks for your patience!). Growing up, I was lucky to be surrounded by all kinds of animals, from dogs and cats to horses and chickens. I’m incredibly grateful for the support of this amazing dog-loving community—it’s what inspired me to pursue what I love. At For The Love of Dogs Australia, I’m passionate about using humane, positive training methods for all dogs, no matter their breed or age. Dogs naturally repeat behaviors that bring them joy and success, so by reinforcing the right actions and redirecting or ignoring unwanted ones, we can train them effectively. |
