| Introduction | I am the least organised person I know. I'm interested in so many things, it has led me to become a jack of all trades - I'm fine with this - the job market is not! I love to listen and learn about new things, and people. I suppose that also makes me nosey! I'm not really selling myself here am I... Above all I have a a few real passions; 1)The Past, be it Archaeology, Geneaology, or old photos and newspapers. 2)Food. I have some proffessional training and a lot of enthusiasm and eating experience! 3)Writing 4)Nature - the sea, walking, wildlife, you get the idea! 5)My boyfriend. I wasn't sure my boyfriend would appreciate me blogging about him, so I have tried to merge my other interests into 3 blogs. I hope you enjoy one (or all) of them! |
| Interests | Archaeology, Photography, Local History, Travel, Writing, Procrastination, Wishful Thinking. |
| Favorite movies | All Tim Burton, except Planet of the Apes, let's face it he wasn't allowed enough freedom and it lacked his usual 'stamp.' Love Coraline, and Most Jane Austen adaptions, especially those done by ITV, if I wanted to watch something true to the novel, I would read the novel, which I do... I loved Mary and Max, Pan's labyrinth, and Hayao Miyazaki's anime. Especially Totoro. |
| Favorite music | Very Eclectic, I will play my mp3 player on shuffle and put up the first 10 songs that come up: Mike Patton, - Perfect Twist, Queens of the Stone Age, - Quick and to the Pointless, Echo and the Bunnymen, - The Killing Moon, Beyonce, - Who run the world, Wolf Gang, - Centre of the Sun, Pendulum, - Propane Nightmares Prodigy, - Out of Space, Cataracs, - Top of the World, Foo Fighters - Low Placebo, - Nancy Boy. Hmm not too bad! I also like Classical, mainly piano, like Chopin's Nocturnes, electro, 80's, The Kinks, Mr Bungle, Polysics, lots and lots of stuff! |
| Favorite books | Jane Eyre, Brave New World, Earth Children series by Jean M Auel, Karen Maitland's books, Kurt Vonnegut, Henry James, Edgar Allan Poe, trashy historical romance. |
The hair from your last haircut ... what would it say about your new style?
It looks exactly the same as it did before with a few extra flicks. O-O We were murderised needlessly!
