| Introduction | I started this blog 2 years ago as a means to share my cooking experiences with everyone out there. Cooking experiences that I gained since I was a kid. I like all kinds of food, mainly Italian, Mediterranean and Indian. The best part about cooking according to me is to be able to throw different ingredients together from different regions and come out with great results. I think most of you will agree with me on that. Apart from cooking traditional dishes I try and cook things differently. I wanted to share my journey on the blog. Hope you like what you see.
