Their work still inspires my landscapes in their artistic depth of creation's beauty and grandeur. Christian painters for their strength of dynamic imagery, science and intelligence, Michelangelo, Da Vinci, Botticello, Gaddi, Fra Angelico, Lippi. Pre-computers, the USA Today School of info graphics, led by Richard Curtis and George Rorick, influenced my early work through Nigel Holmes of Time Magazine. Post-computers, the WPA artists of the Mid 20th century are a strong influence in my vector work today with their fluid lines, strong lighting, shadows and dimensionality, Hart, Hopper, Wood.
