| Introduction | All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. Famous lines by J.R.R. Tolkien in The Lord of the Rings. Except that my love for these lines have nothing to do with the book since I have not read it. (Yes, I am one of those.) There is such a beautiful, dreamy yet this-worldly flavour to these lines. It's the first thing that came to mind when I started to think of a name for my blog. And our first instinct is often the way that we really want to go, so here goes. After several years of wanting to put in black and white some how-I-feel-about-this-or-that thoughts, I am finally attempting to do so. I will probably end up grasping for a lot of blurry and shadowy moments gone by and have to run after many more to come. But I suppose it is best to go with the flow. To some happy blogging... |
