| Introduction | During my full time working years in the ICU I went on two short term mission trips to Panama and spent a month in 2007 on the Mercy Ship, harboured in Monrovia, Liberia. Now that I am "kinda, sorta" retired I'm blessed to have the opportunity to blend my desire to serve with my love of adventure travel. On this mission aboard the USS COMFORT we will provide a variety of surgical services to the indigent people of Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Antigua. Hopefully, you will enjoy sharing this experience with me via this blog! |
| Interests | At the top of the list is spending time with my kids, grandkids, and friends. Tennis, bridge and mah jongg, yoga, Bible study, volunteering, travel, and reading fill my leisure hours. |
