| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom with a very energetic 4 year old. I have an amazing husband who has been my biggest supporter since the day I met him. Six years ago I was diagnosed with bulimia and bipolar disorder. At my lowest point I truely believed I had no future, nothing to look forward to. Then my husband came along and gave me the greatest gift anyone could have ever given me - my son. They saved me. They gave me hope and they gave me a future worth dreaming of. They gave me a reason to become healthy and they showed me that I was and am more than my disease. This blog is a celebration of my recovery. A place to focus on staying healthy and happy and to remember that we don't have to be who we used to be. |
