| Introduction | I am a former policeman, fraud investigator with a federal agency, county employee on Grant Street in the County Commissioners office, and for 3 years a legislative analyst with the Penna House of Representatives. I am also a licensed private detective with 30 years experience, working out of the Pittsburgh area. I am sick and tired of the sheriff and police department violating state laws and ignoring the restriction placed on them NOT to offer their services after official duty hours as contracted guards, and I intend to stop this practice, by making this hidden secret public, and if that does not work, by going through the courts.
