| Introduction | The journey I am taking is going to be long and difficult, but in the long run I am going to be a better me. Sometimes I will feel on top of the world, and sometimes I will feel discouraged. However... I will keep moving forward because there are people counting on me, and I am counting on myself. I plan on making this journey public, so I have created a blog that tracks all my highs, lows, and in betweens. I am 15 pounds down since the beginning of summer, and I have 35 more to go by my birthday. I know I can do it, because we can do anything. |
