| Introduction | I was diagnosed with allergies to cow's milk, beef and almonds in 2009. Milk and cheese were two of my favorite things so it made my life difficult for awhile. Then my youngest son was diagnosed with allergies to cow's milk, beef, almonds, wheat and a few other things in March of 2010 at the age of 3. Our symptoms have all been in the forms of eczema, skin irritation, mood swings and my sons speech development. I have spent the past 18 months trying to figure out how to feed myself and my family healthy, mostly organic and allergen-free food. |
