IntroductionI have two amazing boys and they're great company, but discussions about bodily functions aren't always my idea of stimulating conversation. I enjoy meaningful conversation about life, sports and current events. I love to laugh and can be quite silly at times. I refuse to grow up. I work hard during the week, but when the weekend comes, I'm ready to have fun! I can be spontaneous - go for a hike, a daytrip, a night on the town or drinks at a local dive bar (I seriously enjoy a good dive bar!). I can also curl up on the couch with a movie or a good book. I have the greatest friends in the world and enjoy spending time with them. I can literally talk to anyone, anywhere. I'm not afraid to cross the line. In fact, I jump over it often. I'm independent and realistic. I'm not into drama and games. It annoys me that grown people don't say what they mean and have no idea what they want. I'm very honest, assertive and pretty much unafraid to say it like it is.
InterestsFamily, friends, storms, Starbucks, reading, music, singing (sorry not well), laughing, Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, nights out with my awesome friends, quotes, fireplaces, cook outs, movies, Monopoly, cribbage, peanut butter, snuggling, pizza.
Favorite moviesThere are way too many great movies out there for me to pick one favorite. American Beauty, Thelma & Louise, Waiting, Anchorman, Good Will Hunting, Six Degrees of Separation, Vanilla Sky, The Godfather, Shawshank Redemption, Princess Bride, Boondock Saints, American History X, Disney, action, adventure, comedy, foreign, horror, chick flicks ... I'll watch any movie at least once.
Favorite musicI love music ... all of it! It's my greatest wish to be able to sing. But unless I'm alone in my car ... I'm not a rock star! I'll listen to anything if it catches my attention. And I love to watch my friends perform. Aldous Huxley said, "After silence that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music." I get that.
Favorite booksI read all the time. There are just too many books to list. My all time favorite book is The Stand by Stephen King. Classic tale of Good vs. Evil. It's just one of the greatest books ever written ... this is just my opinion of course.
