| Introduction | I am a 26 year old Kinesiology student at HSU graduating in May with an exercise science degree. I've been involved with sports from a young age focusing mainly on gymnastics. Later in high school I participated in volleyball, high jump, and pole vault. Now, in my adult, post competitive sport lifestyle I love to participate recreationally in any and all sports and actvities. Most often I find myself surfing, doing handstands, running, and skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Since I can remember I have been interested in sport, exercise, and health, in general. I've had years of experienceing coaching and training and through my educational experiences have developed a large interest in more physiological and biomechanical aspects of human performance. |
