Introduction I direct the operations of a historic special event venue. I have a wonderful wife and two remarkable children. We all shifted to veganism in 2006. We have always liked to eat exciting tasty food, and becoming vegan has sparked a new love for cooking and a appreciation for the clarity of conscientiousness food choices can produce. We share our home with 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 rabbits. ~~~~~~~ I worked as a non-profit executive and consultant. ~~~~~ I have experience in remodeling work with a focus on reducing waste and utilizing recycled, and innovative environmentally sound materials. Most of my work in recent years has focused on Mid Century Modern homes, furnishings, and design principles. I try to reuse materials whenever possible, but more importantly I try to design with a focus on not creating waste in the first place. I enjoy exploring the potential of used materials and creating environmental art. ~~~~~~ I worked in upscale restaurants for 14 years. My restaurant experience was equally divided between cooking and dining room. I worked as a chef, dining room manager and general manager. My number one focus is my family(including animal companions)
