| Introduction | Art on the menu is the test kitchen of a foodie artist. From the humble to the haute, cardboard to paint, I never read a recipe without a brush, or glue, in my hand. My recipe card says food is beautiful! It's a full course meal of taste, color, shape and texture. And that's what I'm serving up here through painting, constructing, baking and cooking! Bon Appetit! Art on the menu is staffed by: The head kitchener (Patianne): she paints, cooks in The Cardboard Kitchen, cooks in the "other" kitchen, and taste tests. The Sous Chef (Jim): he squeezes lemons, shells peas, pits cherries, taste tests, and naps. The French felines (Messieurs Henri & Pierre): they critique, taste test, and nap.
