| Introduction | My blog is written for country people and for those who have to live in a town but wish they didn't! I will try and bring a breath of fresh air via words. It is also to pass on, and hopefully learn from readers, their tips on how to stay healthy, active and looking good in our 70s and beyond. Ranging from health to ways to cope with minor disabilities, making life easier and fun. I live fairly isolated by most peoples' standards but love it 'out in the sticks!'. By our age we may not remember where we learnt a trick or two but we know they work and that is what I am trying to pass on. If you have a secret please let me share it. Thank you. |
