| Introduction | I started cooking passionately last year when I have my own kitchen. It is a great way to release stress and I find cooking a form of art. I have a liking for Mediterranean cuisine having spent a year in Mallorca and making many Spanish friends. I learn to cook from books, TVs, blogs, watching and listening, and guessing from tasting great food that others cook. I will add more details to the dishes when I have more time. Besides the recipe, I plan to add a nutrition breakdown for each dish using a recipe analyser software that I developed. |
