| Introduction | I have a strong interest in the environment, not just in responsible tourism but also where you can cut costs by introducing environmental initiatives and promote the company in a positive light resulting in increased business. I became the groups Environmental Director in January 2007 and I look at everything in the business that has an impact on the environment, I seek economical savings from introducing energy efficient technology, I lead the Green Team and promote our environmental actions and corporate social responsibility policy to generate new business. The results so far have been outstanding, we’ve won a string of awards, saved money and generated business from our positive approach. I hope more people will follow in our footsteps.
