| Introduction | I’ve always been drawn to the kitchen—time spent cooking alongside my grandmother and then orchestrating Thanksgiving dinner by age 16. This led to my love of hosting and bringing people together. A trip to Italy as a teen (and my first real pizza) sparked my curiosity for travel through food. I left the corporate world to pursue private cheffing and decided to train in Paris, France and earned diplomas in Classical French Cuisine and macaron production at École Ferrandi. I did my stage internship long-term at a two-Michelin rated restaurant in Paris, and then pizzaiolo training in Napoli and Paris. I went on to own and operate a French macaron bakery in Chicago called BON MACARON. Today, I design food-led travel with elevated stays and exceptional dining experiences at all levels. My travel style - well-located stays, with equal parts relaxation, culture, and unforgettable meals at Michelin restaurants to local fare. I plan leisure and business: cruise, rail, beach escapes, food & wine, spa & wellness restoration, farm & ranch resort, ski & golf adventures, National Parks.
