Introduction	“Analysis of the insertion sites of class I Non - LTR (non Long Terminal Repeat)” at Jamia Milla University, delhi. [15 Months] Retrotransposons in Human Genome using in silico approaches. With the aim to understand the mechanism through which retroelements identify the particular integration site in the genome and mechanism through which it inserts at that site using in silico approaches. • Build a software which includes more than 4500+ line codes in Perl which is a svm tool . It has integrated stand alone blast and does classification or retrotransposomes it also does self analysis and calculates the various probability and do statistics analysis.(soon it will be on www) • Currently leading a team of 15 student in academic project.
