Introduction	Dr. Sushant Joshi - An Electronics Engineer (B.E. - Electronics) by qualification , Dr. Joshi has completed his post graduation in commerce (M.Com) and Management (MMS), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) & PhD in Management. Presently working as Associate Professor at KLS IMER, Belagavi. He has 15 years of experience as a teacher and 5 years of industry experience in project management. His PhD thesis is on Employability Skills. Dr. Joshi has developed "Employability Quotient", a measurement scale and tool to assess industry readiness of MBA graduates as a part of his PhD research. Dr. Joshi has published over 25 research papers in the National & International Journals and Conferences. Dr. Joshi is a teacher, researcher, corporate trainer and a management consultant.
