| Introduction | NOTE - This is not intended to be a diary, or a journal to be regularly maintained. This blog is simply a snapshot of where I am at any given point in time and what I'm thinking at the moment. It is not necessarily historically accurate as it is written from my perspective and my biases at the time. Anything written is not intended to hurt another's feelings by what is written or ommitted. The people I write about are loved...deeply. This project was started years ago for just myself. Only Tricia has read it to this point that I know of. It was simply a place to emote. But when I'm gone or perhaps before, I want my kids to read this, as this is a snapshot into who their dad is, his struggles, his questions, his hurts...the stuff inside. I want Dawn to see this someday. Much of the writing was me processing the fading of our marriage. It notes the finality. It notes the hurt, but at no point does it undermine my love and gratitude for her. Most of all thanks to Tricia for hearing my heart through it all! I love you! |
