| Introduction | SHEQ Specialist with over 25 years of experience in the SHEQ field. Jacques is the current Group SHEQ Manager for the Refraline Group of Companies in South Africa. He carries various qualifications, including an MBA specialising in Health and Safety, a Post Graduate Diploma, the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and the NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management. He is a Graduate member of IOSH, a Professional member of the New Zealand Institute for Safety Management, and a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. Jacques is a registered ISO 45001 Senior Lead Auditor with PECB. His expertise includes Auditing and risk assessment:- Chemical, ergonomic, health, safety, and environmental. He lectures and is a recognised speaker at various SHEQ conferences in Africa. He has also been interviewed for various magazines such as Health and Safety at Work. In 2019 he was appointed as a non-executive director for the South African Quality Institute. |
