Introduction	A breakthrough in HR management led to me successfully setting up self-managed teams in a manufacturing plant against much resistance. Against all odds, amazing results were achieved. I successfully did the same in the computer industry. I started my own business Teams From Woe To Go (www.woetogo.com) and now work with some of the largest corporates in NZ. In 2007 I set up my business The Corporate Tool-box (www.thecorporatetoolbox.com) providing online resources for professional speakers, trainers and corporate HR managers. I speak in New Zealand and around the world at conferences and events about building better teams and much, much more.
