Introduction	I was born and raised in New York to a Greek Father and an Italian/Portuguese Mother. My love of cooking began when I was very young. My mother would sit me on the sink to help her clean the turkey for Thanksgiving. I have worked in restaurants since I was 14, moving quickly into restaurant management as young as 18. My career took off once I started working in Event Management. For 6 years, I acted as one of a team of 12 Sales Executives for the largest catering firm in New York City. Since moving to Germany and starting a family, I have created my own Event Management Firm.
