| Introduction | Building on quality. Delivering concrete results. My name is Doyle Bell. I am the owner and founder of Bell Concrete Construction. I have 19-years of experience in concrete work in the Billings area. My work experience in the Billings area consisted of concrete superintendent for two larger concrete companies as well as a couple smaller companies when I first started my career in concrete. In May of 2019, I decided to open Bell Concrete Construction. Bell concrete construction provides services in residential and light commercial areas. We specialize in all aspects of concrete flatwork from broom finish to decorative colored and stamped. We are very familiar with ADA compliancy regulations.
