| Introduction | I was born in Germany on a U.S. Army base. We moved to Tacoma, WA when I was 3 and thats where I grew up, I did a 4 year stint as a medic in the Army reserves. At 24 moved to AZ to finish college and haven’t looked back. You name it I’m down to try it. I’ve done 3 marathons and am getting ready for my second Ironman. I love to travel and the feeling you get when you start something and you don’t know if you’ll be able to finish it. That’s my definition of a challenge. New goals: a 50 mile run, Grad School, Travel, and take piano lessons. As I check stuff off I just toss some new goals onto the list. |

| Favorite Movies | Own hundreds. Watch them all, you never know when you'll find a gem. |
| Favorite Music | Live a little and try something new. Right now I’m rocking Korn, Linkin Park, Manson, Jay Z, Lil Wayne, Jack Johnson, BB King, Brooks and Dunn, Kid rock, and lots more. Rock, rap, country, jazz, and just about everything else I’m game to try. |
