| Introduction | Not only am I attractive, but I have a fantastic sense of humor to boot. I am also well-educated and wish I could be a scintillating conversationalist at parties but since I am an introvert, this is just a pipedream. I have been told that I know more about music than any woman ever which may or may not be actually true. I never leave the house without lipstick although I do not always comb my hair. I wish to be spared tomatoes in aspic (or any other similar dish), dying from radiation poisoning, and all fans of Katy Perry. I miss pop that came in glass bottles, grilled cheese sandwiches from the school cafeteria, and the smeary purple ink from mimeograph machines. Perhaps in some alternate parallel universe I would win every verbal discourse I engage in, be able to sit through an entire episode of Seinfeld, pose for a cover of Maxim, and actually learn to like to eat salad, all the while debating the merits of Rousseau over Hobbes. |
