| Introduction | For more than 30 years Julane has been a respected consultant and trainer often sought for her insights about communication and leadership for organizational and individual development. She has shown her clients how empathic listening and understanding interpersonal dynamics enable us to break through misunderstandings and conflict and transform relationships. In the training programs that Julane designs and delivers participants identify, learn and put to use skills that improve communication, build trust, increase problem solving abilities and resolve conflict. Julane served eights years as Associate Director and 10 years as Executive Director for Oklahoma City’s CONTACT Telephone Helpline, where services were focused on self-awareness, self-confidence and the ability to communicate – competencies that are at a premium in today’s workplace. Julane Borth is co-founder of EWF International which provides peer advisory groups for women business owners and executives. Since 1985 Julane has served as a spiritual director for individuals who are seeking to deepen their relationship with God. Julane received her degree from Oklahoma City University |
