| Introduction | Entrepreneur, business owner, CEO, leader, sales and marketing director with a passion for change and process improvement. I always said one day I'd write a book about my experiences in business, management and leadership. Every day when I think I've seen it all, I learn something else. Being a leader is about learning from the top and being able to utilize both positive and negative learning to make a difference for others- customers, staff and partners. My belief is a leader has not done their job for the day if they have not passed on their learnings or learnt something themselves every day. Lessons from the top is a warts and all account about the lessons and learnings from a busy Entrepreneur. I run a Commercial Property Management Company, a Technology Company and a start-up Back-care and Fitness centre. Everyday I learn and am amazed I continue to do so.
