| Introduction | I'm 42 years old and feeling more and more middle aged each day. How did this happen? When I last checked it was 1986! (or maybe 1992). Life sure goes fast and I'm still waiting to grow up!! It's not all bad though. I have more confidence than I ever had before and feeling more that I belong in my own skin. I also have a lot of hope for the future. If I could say one thing to that 18 year old vulnerable girl in 1986 it would be....it's going to be OK. Just relax. And just because someone thinks they know you (and all they think you are capable of) it doesn't mean that they are right. Oh, I would also tell the 18 year old me; He is taking care of you and leading you to Him. He knew you before you were knit in your mothers womb. So just relax. |
