| Introduction | BJ Neblett is the author of numerous short stories and books including the contemporary literary fiction novel Elysian Dreams, and his personal historical memoir Ice Cream Camelot. His latest contemporary sci-fi novel Planet Alt-Sete-Nine was a finalist for the prestigious Endeavor Award. After a long career as a popular on-air radio DJ, BJ settled into a successful writing career. He coined the term New Millennialism to describe his own writings and a new emerging genre he sees as, "Thrusting cutting edge technology, concepts, and ideas into the very core of classic human situations." When not teaching writing courses at Seattle's famed Hugo House For Writers, BJ can be found signing his books at many of the numerous Sci-fi/Fantasy conventions; on the mound pitching softball, or relaxing with his ever-growing collection of records and vintage guitars. 2021 will see the publication of Wouldn't It Be Funny If..., his collection of short stories and Planet Alt-Sete-Nine: Princess Haylee, the second book in the trilogy. |
