| Introduction | Erin S. Carter is a distinguished graduate of the Clinical Nutrition coordinated program at UT Southwestern Medical Center and is a private practice dietitian in the DFW metroplex area. She has varied interests in the field of dietetics including gerontology, long-term care/rehabilitation, and guiding clients through the world of food allergies and intolerances. Outside of dietetics Erin enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, strength training, cooking and being a wife and mother. She comes from a long line of educators and is looking forward to carrying on the tradition in a unique way as an RD; helping others to realize their full potential in health and wellness. |
