| Introduction | I'm a foodie who has fought obesity since childhood. In November of 2005 I had RNY gastric bypass surgery and lost 240 lbs. Now I work at maintaining the weight loss while still enjoying good food. Each meal is approximately one cup in volume, hence the blog title. I may not eat much, so each bite is going to be good! |
